CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES
The announcements below are for contracts for consultancy services where the contract amount is between DKK 500,000 and below the thresshold amounts for public contracts (DKK 991,589 for 2008 and 2009). Enterprises wishing to be considered for an assignment should make contact with the contact person as stated in the announcement.
ASSISTANCE TO FORM AND ESTABLISH THE AGRIBUSINESS INITIATIVE (aBi) TRUST - UGANDA
Services to be provided:
The consultant will assist the aBi Trust Founders Committee in establishing, setting up and operationalizing the aBi Trust under the U-Growth Programme.
The consultant will specifically undertake the legal aspects of getting the Trust registered in Uganda, prepare draft operational and accounting manuals as well as 5-year business plan, and to initiate the activities of the Trust. The consultant will also facilitate the transfer of assets and liabilities of the Agribusiness Loan Guarantee Company Ltd to the Trust. The assignment is anticipated to involve some 4 weeks of setting up and registering the Trust, and 3-4 months of establishing the Trust, in preparation to handing over to the appointed Board of Trustees .
